My client is an expanding global events business situated in the Middle East; through more expansion they are now looking for key members of a growing, motivated sales team who are able to execute on an ambitious sales strategy. They must be able to work in a team and create their own sales campaigns to achieve ambitious targets.
The right candidate will be inspired by growth and have proven their ability to self-manage sales campaigns to consistently exceed targets. The candidate will possess a strong sales process and can demonstrate that they are motivated by a set of KPIs. The individual will be able to show that they have been an essential cog within a high performing team with the ability to drive new business generation as well as upselling existing clients. They will be an active customer service representative as well as salesperson to help guide clients to the best solutions that match their needs to establish long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
Overall Objectives
- Reporting directly to the Head of Sales (HoS) and indirectly to the Event Director you will be accountable for a portion of the sponsorship sales revenue targets on the Flagship Summit (Global) as well as contributing across portfolio.
Campaign & Product Development
- Deliver on defined areas the annual go-to-market sales campaign for the flagship Event
- Work collaboratively with production, marketing and operations teams to manage sales campaign.
- Develop, in collaboration with the HoS and event team members, any new products (including digital where applicable) to sell to our clients.
- Work closely with the Client Success team/Operations to ensure that your clients are achieving their business outcomes to achieve a 90%+ client retention.
- Sales will include both telephone and face-to-face.
Reporting
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts to the HoS and other relevant stakeholders.
- Perform weekly pipeline reviews with manager.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasts.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret analytics and data to control your personal sales.
- Monitor and discuss key analytics throughout the sales campaign, with a view to using data to help maximise the value of long-term client relationships, increase retention and identify optimum strategies and market segments for generating new business.
Key Account / Personal Sales
- Work collaboratively with other Sales Directors to coordinate the sales of key accounts and to upsell across the portfolio.
