My client puts together a series of major international conferences and exhibitions to the Net Zero/Cleantech space, following up from the hugely successful 2023 event they are now returning for their second edition, as part of the next phase of growth a new role has been created for a Conference Producer, this can be someone with experience or someone for a passion for the sector looking to learn on the job.

The Role – Purpose

We are seeking a conference producer to help build our speaker roster, by engaging with industry partners, past speakers, as well as new experts and thought leaders who will deliver exciting and memorable content.

You will work closely with our Content Director to develop the programme, build speaker relationships, and create content for our promotional materials as we build up towards the event.

Accountabilities. The Individual will

• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer requirements, key influencers and leaders and important announcements.
• Liaise between our content, marketing, and sales departments.
• Conduct and lead interviews with leaders and influencers
• Write content programmes that attract the target market.
• Secure the contribution of all contributors.

Skills Required

6 Months Minimum Commercial Experience, within Conference Production/Sales/Research
