Our client delivers a diverse portfolio of training and certifications to corporate and individual clients globally. Their training options include the most important trends and technologies relevant in the industry today and are available in e-learning, virtual and classroom formats.

The role

As the Client Success Executive, you will act as a liaison and ensure excellent training experiences for key strategic accounts. You will work alongside a dedicated Account Management team to understand client needs and translate them into deliverable experiences by collaborating with the Product and Operations teams. You will guide and assist the client through their training journey from the initial sale to delivery, reporting, benchmarking, as well as expansion and retention.


  • Experienced client success professional with 2+ years working in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for training and client success.
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different departments and regions.
  • Highly organized with great time management skills; able to prioritize and support multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a high paced environment.
  • Goal and metric oriented, motivated to ensure and demonstrate client ROI.
  • Comfortable and enthused by dynamic business environments; driven by high-level conversations with senior level executives.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
  • Professional and have a friendly demeanour, are very organized and are quick on your feet.
  • You´re excited to build client relationships and form part of a dynamic and growing team.


  • Collaborate with Sales team to define client needs and identify the best training solution(s) to meet them
  • Set expectations regarding the delivery timeline, reporting, and benchmarking; Demonstrate project management experience and excellent organizational skills.
  • Advocate for the client internally, consistently working with Product and Operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Keep track of client progress and satisfaction; regularly report to clients on these points, ROI and other measurables, according to established deadlines.
  • Utilize LMS and other SaaS platforms to regularly pull reports.
  • Create charts, graphics and compelling visual data for stakeholders.
  • Become the day-to-day client lead and build case studies & business cases to demonstrate ROI and ensure client retention.
  • Assist in the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns and client onboarding.
