Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, commercially driven graduate to join a fast-growing business intelligence and events , who deliver over 300 world-class conferences annually across Life Sciences & other business sectors bringing together industry leaders to tackle key challenges and drive innovation.

This high-impact sales role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven, high-performance environment with a clear pathway for career progression into senior sales, management, sponsorship, or production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and sell Sponsorship solutions at industry-leading conferences
• Hit and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach
• Identify key decision-makers and understand industry trends
• Work alongside production, marketing, and sponsorship to ensure event success

Candidate Profile

• 2:1 Degree or above
• Thrives in a results-based environment
• Comfortable engaging with senior business leaders
• Overcomes challenges and pushes to exceed goals
• Quickly understands industry challenges and business needs
• 2 year of Delegate/Ad/Sponsorship Sales
